And today's lesson for the kiddies is: don't mess with the big boys if you can't afford to lose. Seriously, trying to push around AT&T is just not a way to guarantee future existence, or getting what you consider to be a fair price, or ... well, anything, really. When you push the 800-pound gorilla, don't be surprised if you get squashed.
