Well, at least we know for certain that the British can be just as stupid about things as we are. I mean, faced with the reality that, yes, their prisoners DO have sex contrary to policy, they'd rather protect the policy than the prisoners.
Wonder what they'll do if they suddenly wind up with a raging outbreak of hepatitis? Probably put the guy in isolation, which will nicely avoid actually dealing with the issue.
